Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
T Cells antibody was raised against rabbit Thymocytes.
Recognizes rabbit T lymphocytes and immunoprecipitates, a 67kD glycoprotein. Was initially reported as recognizing rabbit CD5, but does not bind to rabbit CD5 transfectants. Known rabbit CD5 antibodies also show binding to most B lymphocytes, which are not labeled by this clone.
The applications listed have been tested for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request.
PBS, 0.09% sodium azide, 1% BSA.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Staining of rabbit peripheral blood lymphocytes, visualized with rabbit anti-mouse IgG: FITC (. This image was taken for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested.
