Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (1:200)
Western blot (2 - 4 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
Synuclein antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from near N-terminal of human alpha, beta and gamma synuclein proteins.
Recognizes human pan synuclein. Species cross-reactivity: Rat.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 2-4 ug/ml for 2 hours at RT (reported). Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:200 for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Brain.
10 mM PBS, pH 7.6, 0.2% BSA, 15 mM sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
