Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, ELISA
Goat Polyclonal to Human STAG2
ICC, Western blot
Human, Xenopus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
STAG2 antibody was raised against a 31 amino acid synthetic peptide, which represented a portion of human Stromal Antigen 2 encoded within exon 31 (LocusLink ID 10735). Host: Goat A 31 amino acid synthetic peptide, which represented a portion of human Stromal Antigen 2 encoded within exon 31 (LocusLink ID 10735).
Specific for human SA2 protein. Species cross-reactivity: Xenopus. Other species have not been tested.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
Component of cohesin complex, a complex required for the cohesion of sister chromatids after DNA replication. The cohesin complex apparently forms a large proteinaceous ring within which sister chromatids can be trapped. At anaphase, the complex is cleaved and dissociates from chromatin, allowing sister chromatids to segregate. The cohesin complex may also play a role in spindle pole assembly during mitosis.
