(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Conjugations
Unconjugated
Purification
Affinity purified
Immunogen
E. coli-derived rhMatriptase (aa 615-855).
Specificity
Selected for its ability to recognize human Matriptase in direct ELISAs and Western Blots.
Applications
- Western blot (0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml)
- Flow Cytometry (25 µg/ml)
- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml; 10 ul labels 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume 200ul. Cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using 4% paraformaldehyde, 0.1% saponin in PBS. Tested using PC-3 cells. The binding of unlabeled antibodies may be visualized by adding an IgG (FITC). Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Detection limit is ~0.5 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
Presentation
Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Trehalose
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 500 ul sterile PBS
Storage
Store at -20°C lyophilized. Once reconstituted: Store at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
