Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 67 kDa band observed in primary cultured Human Lung fibroblasts lysates after 24 h treatment with 1n ug/ml TGF-bl (calculated MW of 51.6 kDa according to NP_003122.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Davis FJ et al, Am J Physiol Heart Circ Physiol. 2002 Apr;282(4):H1521-33.; PMID: 11893590). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
