Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Sprouty-4 (also known as SPRY4) is an inhibitor of the insulin receptor and EGFR-transduced mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. It is positioned upstream of RAS activation and impairs the formation of active GTP-RAS. Sprouty-4 is a cytoplasmic protein that interacts with the C-terminus of TESK1. Multiple splice variants have been reported for this protein.
SPRY4-Y75 Antibody IHC of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded brain tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Western blot of Phospho-SPRY4-Y75.control in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). SPRY4 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
SPRY4-Y75 Antibody flow cytometry of K562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
