Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
SPN / CD43 antibody was raised against kG-1 cells.
Recognizes the human CD43 cell surface antigen, a 95-115kD glycoprotein also known as leukosialin and sialophorin. CD43 is expressed by T lymphocytes, a subset of B lymphocytes and by granulocytes and monocytes.
Flow Cytometry: Neat. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% Sodium Azide, 1% BSA
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
One of the major glycoproteins of thymocytes and T lymphocytes. Plays a role in the physicochemical properties of the T-cell surface and in lectin binding. Presents carbohydrate ligands to selectins. Has an extended rodlike structure that could protrude above the glycocalyx of the cell and allow multiple glycan chains to be accessible for binding. Is a counter-receptor for SN/Siglec-1 (By similarity).
