  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About SPI1 / PU.1

P17947 NM_003120 NP_003111.2

SPI1 Antibody, 31 kDa-transforming protein Antibody, 31 kDa transforming protein Antibody, PU.1 Antibody, SFPI1 Antibody, SPI-1 Antibody, SPI-1 proto-oncogene Antibody, SPI-A Antibody, Transcription factor PU.1 Antibody

Binds to the PU-box, a purine-rich DNA sequence (5'-GAGGAA-3') that can act as a lymphoid-specific enhancer. This protein is a transcriptional activator that may be specifically involved in the differentiation or activation of macrophages or B-cells. Also binds RNA and may modulate pre-mRNA splicing.

Anti-SPI1 / PU.1 antibody IHC staining of human spleen. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval.

Fluorescent image of NIH/3T3 cell stained with SPI1 Antibody. NIH/3T3 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with SPI1 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37°C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37°C). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37°C). SPI1 immunoreactivity is localized to Nucleus significantly.

Western blot

Western blot
SPI1 Antibody western blot of WiDr cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The SPI1 antibody detected the SPI1 protein (arrow).
