Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat, Human, Rabbit
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1:250 - 1:500)
ELISA (1:5000 - 1:50000)
SLC12A6 / KCC3 antibody was raised against a 17 AA peptide within the cytoplasmic, c-terminal domain of the rat NHE4 (1) was used selected for antibody production.
Recognizes human KCC3 and KCC-3b spliced form. Species sequence Homology: rat-89%, mouse-78% (KCC3b).
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:250-1:500. Band seen at 95-110kD (brush border membrane). ELISA: 1:5000-1:50000. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
PBS, 0.05% Sodium Azide, 40% Glycerol
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
SLC12A6 / KCC3 is a member of the K-Cl cotransporter (KCC) family. K-Cl cotransporters are integral membrane proteins that lower intracellular chloride concentrations below the electrochemical equilibrium potential. The proteins encoded by this gene are activated by cell swelling induced by hypotonic conditions. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
