Specificity
Reacts with sialylated Lea-active pentasaccharide (sialylated lacto-N-fucopentose II). Recognizes the sialic acid-containing residue of the monosialoganglioside. Removal of the sialic acid residue with neuraminidase treatment eliminates positive reactivity with this antibody. Species cross-reactivity: Human.

Usage
