Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml detects SETA in RIPA lysates from NG108-15 cells. Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate SETA in human U87 glioma cells and rat primary astrocytes. Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect SETA in rat primary astrocytes.
