Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Monkey, Pig (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Bat, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (0.2 - 0.6 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
SH2D1A / SAP antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-QYPVEKKSSARSTQ from an internal region of human SH2D1A / SAP (NP_002342.1; NP_001108409.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Pig (100%); Bat, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit (93%); Tamarin, Rat (86%).
LS-E25988 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C55461. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
SH2D1A / SAP is a protein that plays a major role in the bidirectional stimulation of T and B cells. This protein contains an SH2 domain and a short tail. It associates with the signaling lymphocyte-activation molecule, thereby acting as an inhibitor of this transmembrane protein by blocking the recruitment of the SH2-domain-containing signal-transduction molecule SHP-2 to its docking site.
