Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone MEM-150] (IgM) to Human SEMA7A / Semaphorin 7A
Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry
Human SEMA7A / Semaphorin 7A
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgM Monoclonal [MEM-150]
Ion exchange chromatography
Specificity and Use
SEMA7A / Semaphorin 7A antibody was raised against hPB-ALL human T cell line.
Reacts with CD108 (JMH blood group antigen), a 80 kD GPI-anchored glycoprotein expressed on various cell types including erythrocytes, lymphoblasts; at low levels it is present on circulating lymphocytes.
Plays an important role in integrin-mediated signaling and functions both in regulating cell migration and immune responses. Promotes formation of focal adhesion complexes, activation of the protein kinase PTK2/FAK1 and subsequent phosphorylation of MAPK1 and MAPK3. Promotes production of proinflammatory cytokines by monocytes and macrophages. Plays an important role in modulating inflammation and T-cell-mediated immune responses. Promotes axon growth in the embryonic olfactory bulb.
