Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Bovine S100 Beta
Bovine, Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin
Immunofluorescence (1:50 - 1:100)
Western blot (1:2000 - 1:5000)
ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Specificity and Use
S100 Beta antibody was raised against purified bovine S100-beta protein.
Recognizes bovine and human S100-beta (S-100a and S-100b forms). Does not recognize the S100-alpha chain or S100ao forms. No significant reactivity is seen with other CABPs or EF-hand containing proteins.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 (ECL). ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of S100 Protein, beta/well. In ELISA, antibody reactivity is independent of Ca-ion. Immunohistochemistry & Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:100 in indirect staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue section. Positive control: Western Blot: S0052-11J and S0052-15G.
