Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG2a) to Rubella Virus Glycoprotein E1
Western blot, ELISA
Rubella Virus Glycoprotein E1
Rubella Virus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A purified
Specificity and Use
Recognizes Rubella E1 protein and reacts with non-reduced antigens on Western blots. Exhibits a low level of HI activity. Exhibits neutralizing activity.
Suitable ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1.25 ug/well Using Recombinant Rubella Virus E1 Protein, coated at 1.25-0.02 ug/well. Incubated 60 minutes at RT followed by TMB substrate. Western Blot: non-reducing conditions only.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.05% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
