Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml)
ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Specificity and Use
RTN4 / Nogo antibody was raised against an 11aa peptide within the N-terminal, extracellular domain of human Nogo-C.(KLH coupled).
Recognizes Neurite Outgrowth Inhibitor Protein C (NogoC). Species sequence Homology: human Nogo-C/foocen-S/RTN 4:100%; mouse Nogo-C/foocen-S/RTN 4:81%. Most of this region is unique to Nogo-C and not conserved in Nogo-A/B isoforms.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL.
Developmental neurite growth regulatory factor with a role as a negative regulator of axon-axon adhesion and growth, and as a facilitator of neurite branching. Regulates neurite fasciculation, branching and extension in the developing nervous system. Involved in down-regulation of growth, stabilization of wiring and restriction of plasticity in the adult CNS. Regulates the radial migration of cortical neurons via an RTN4R-LINGO1 containing receptor complex (By similarity).
