Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
RPS6KB2 / S6K2 is a member of the RSK (ribosomal S6 kinase) family of serine/threonine kinases. This kinase contains a kinase catalytic domain and phosphorylates the S6 ribosomal protein and eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4B (eIF4B). Phosphorylation of S6 leads to an increase in protein synthesis and cell proliferation.
RPS6KB2 Monoclonal( Ascites) immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the RPS6KB2 Monoclonal( Ascites) for immunohistochemistry.
RPS6KB2 Antibody western blot of mouse NIH-3T3 cell line lysates (15 ug/lane). The RPS6KB2 antibody detected the RPS6KB2 protein (arrow). (1:2000)
Western blot of lysates from Jurkat, MCF-7, K562, A549, mouse NIH/3T3 cell line (from left to right), using RPS6KB2 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:3000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
RPS6KB2 Antibody western blot of Jurkat cell line lysates (15 ug/lane). The RPS6KB2 antibody detected the RPS6KB2 protein (arrow). (1:1000)
RPS6KB2 Monoclonal( Ascites) flow cytometry of Jurkat cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-mouse secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
