  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

RPL7A / Ribosomal Protein L7a antibody was raised against synthetic peptide (KLH-coupled) corresponding to residues surrounding Glu109 of human ribosomal protein L7a.
Detects endogenous levels of total human ribosomal protein L7a. Immunofluorescent analysis using this antibody shows exclusive localization of ribosomal protein L7a to nucleoli during ribosomal biosynthesis. Species cross-reactivity: Monkey, mouse and rat.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot.

10 mM sodium HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 100 ug/ml BSA, 50% glycerol, less than 0.02% sodium azide.
For research use only.

RPL7A Antibody, 60S ribosomal protein L7a Antibody, PLA-X polypeptide Antibody, SURF3 Antibody, Surfeit 3 Antibody, Surfeit locus protein 3 Antibody, TRUP Antibody, SURF-3 Antibody, L7A Antibody, Ribosomal protein L7a Antibody

Cytoplasmic ribosomes, organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. This gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit. The protein belongs to the L7AE family of ribosomal proteins.
