Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
RNF5 Antibody, G16 Antibody, HsRma1 Antibody, NG2 Antibody, RING5 Antibody, Protein G16 Antibody, Ram1 homolog Antibody, RING finger protein 5 Antibody, RMA1 Antibody
Has E2-dependent E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity. May function together with E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes UBE2D1/UBCH5A and UBE2D2/UBC4. Mediates ubiquitination of PXN/paxillin and Salmonella type III secreted protein sopA. May be involved in regulation of cell motility and localization of PXN/paxillin.
RNF5 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Western blot of lysate from K562 cell line, using RNF5 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.
