Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About RHD

Q02161 NM_016124 NP_057208.2

RHD Antibody, Blood group Rh(D) polypeptide Antibody, CD240D antigen Antibody, D antigen (DCS) Antibody, RH Antibody, Rh blood group, D antigen Antibody, RHDVA(TT) Antibody, Rhesus D antigen Antibody, RHXIII Antibody, Rh polypeptide 2 Antibody, RH30 Antibody, Rh30a Antibody, Rh4 Antibody, RhDCw Antibody, RHDel Antibody, RhK562-II Antibody, RHPII Antibody, CD240D Antibody, DIIIc Antibody, Rh blood group antigen Evans Antibody, RHCED Antibody, Rhesus blood group, D antigen Antibody, Rhesus system D polypeptide Antibody, RhII Antibody, RHPI Antibody

The Rh blood group system is the second most clinically significant of the blood groups, second only to ABO. It is also the most polymorphic of the blood groups, with variations due to deletions, gene conversions, and missense mutations. The Rh blood group includes this gene, which encodes the RhD protein, and a second gene that encodes both the RhC and RhE antigens on a single polypeptide. The two genes, and a third unrelated gene, are found in a cluster on chromosome 1.
