RGMB antibody was raised against nS0-derived rmRGM-B.
Selected for its ability to recognize RGM-B in the applications listed. In direct ELISAs and Western Blots, shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with rmRGM-A and rmRGM-C.
Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse and human RGM-B. The detection limit for rmRGM-B and rhRGM-B is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: This antibody will detect mouse RGM-B in cells and tissues. The working dilution is 2-5 ug/ml. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse and human RGM-B. The detection limit for rmRGM-B and rhRGM-B is approximately 0.5 ng/well.
