Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse IgG (HRP) and chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 20 ug. Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 detected Raptor in NIH/3T3 cells.
