RAC1 antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide derived from a region of human Rac1-protein that contains serine 71. The sequence is conserved in human and mouse Rac 1, 2, and 3, and cdc42 human, mouse, rat, dog and frog.
Reactivity: Human Rac1. Mouse Rac1 (100% homologous) has not been tested, but is expected to react. Cdc42 [pS71] (100% homologous) and RhoA/B/C [pS73] (92% homologous) are also expected to react.
