Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat, Human, Mouse, Xenopus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1:1000 - 1:2000)
Specificity and Use
Rab3 antibody was raised against peptide corresponding to amino acid residues from the N-terminal region of rat Rab 3, conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH).
The antibody has been demonstrated to work in rat tissue. It is anticipated that the antibody will work in human, mouse, Xenopus, and non-human primates based on the fact that these species have 100% homology with the amino acid sequence used as antigen.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000.
10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 100 ug/ml BSA, 50% glycerol
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
