Recognizes human and sheep COX-2. Does not cross-react with mouse, rat, and rabbit COX-2 and COX-1 (all species). Species sequence homology: bovine and canine.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Not recommended for Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: Use 1 ug antibody per 1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
