Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Polyclonal (IgG) to Human Protein Kinase C, alpha/beta2
Western blot, ELISA
Human Protein Kinase C, alpha/beta2
Human, Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (0.5 - 2 µg/ml)
ELISA (0.05 - 0.2 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
Synthetic phospho-peptide (KLH). corresponding to residues surrounding Thr638 of human PKC and Thr641 of human PKC 2.
Recognizes endogenous levels of PKC only when phosphorylated at threonine 638 and PKC 2 only when phosphorylated at threonine 641. The reactivity is tested in human and mouse cell/tissue lysates. It has not yet been tested with other species.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.05-0.2 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.02% sodium azide, 30% glycerol
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
