Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PROM2 Antibody, HPROML2 Antibody, PROML2 Antibody, Prominin-like protein 2 Antibody, Prominin-related protein Antibody, PROM-2 Antibody, Prominin 2 Antibody, Prominin-2 Antibody
Prominin 2 belongs to the Prominin family of pentaspan membrane glycoproteins and so contains five transmembrane segments and two large glycosylated extracellular loops. Expression studies in CHO cells showed that prominin 2 was associated with plasma membrane protrusions similar to prominin 1. Prominin 2 is highly expressed in kidney, throughout the digestive tract and in other epithelial tissues.
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Carcinoma of liver tissue using anti-PROM2 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
Anti-PROM2 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY PROM2.
Immunofluorescent staining of Cos7 cells using anti-PROM2 mouse monoclonal antibody.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PROM2 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PROM2.
