Recognizes Human PKCd. Mouse PKCd [pS662] (83% homologous) has not been tested, but is expected to react. This antibody has been shown to cross-react with rat PKCd [pS662] (83% homologous) PKCa [pS657] (75% homologous) and PKCbII [pS660] (67% homologous) by peptide competition experiments.
