Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
PRKAA1 + PRKAA2 antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide (KLH-coupled) corresponding to residues surrounding Ser491 of human AMPKa2.
Recognizes endogenous levels of human AMPKa1/a2 only when phosphorylated at serine 485 or serine 491. This antibody does not cross-react with other related proteins. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, monkey and rat.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000. A band is detected at 62kD.
10 mM sodium HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 100 ug/ml BSA, 50% glycerol.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
