Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 5-10 ug/ml. Immunocytochemistry: 10-15 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: Can be used in conjunction with anti-PP2A/C to immunoprecipitate heterotrimeric PP2A. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.
