Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PPID Antibody, Cyclophilin-40 Antibody, CYP40 Antibody, CYP-40 Antibody, Cyclophilin 40 Antibody, Cyclophilin-related protein Antibody, CYPD Antibody, PPIase D Antibody, Cyclophilin D Antibody, Peptidylprolyl isomerase D Antibody, Rotamase D Antibody
PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. Proposed to act as a co-chaperone in HSP90 complexes such as in unligated steroid receptors heterocomplexes. Different co-chaperones seem to compete for association with HSP90 thus establishing distinct HSP90-co-chaperone-receptor complexes with the potential to exert tissue-specific receptor activity control.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with PPID Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of PPID (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal PPID Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the PPID gene.
Western blot of PPID Antibody in NIH-3T3 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). PPID (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
PPID Antibody flow cytometry of k562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
