Synthetic, full length human MCH was purified by HPLC, cysteine oxidized (Cys 7, Cys16), AND KLH coupled (DFD MLR CML GRV YRP CWQ V).
Specificity
Recognizes human Melanin Concentration Hormone (MCH). No significant sequence homology is seen with other peptide hormones. Species sequence homology: Mouse, rat: 100%; fish: 76%.

- Western blot (1:1000 - 1:5000)
- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
