Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
PLCG1 antibody was raised against kLH-conjugated, synthetic peptide corresponding to aa surrounding phospho-Tyr783 of human PLCg-1.
pTyr783
Recognizes PLCg-1 phosphorylated on Tyr783, Mr ~135kD. Species cross-reactivity: Human and mouse. Cross-reactivity with rat, rabbit and bovine expected due to sequence homology.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot Analysis: 1-2 ug/ml of this lot detected phospho-PLCg-1 in RIPA lysates from EGF-stimulated A431 cells.
Packaging
0.1 M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide, 30% glycerol.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
PLCG1 catalyzes the formation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate and diacylglycerol from phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. This reaction uses calcium as a cofactor and plays an important role in the intracellular transduction of receptor-mediated tyrosine kinase activators. For example, when activated by SRC, the encoded protein causes the Ras guanine nucleotide exchange factor RasGRP1 to translocate to the Golgi, where it activates Ras.
