Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About PIK3R3 / p85 Gamma

Q92569 NM_003629 NP_003620.3

PIK3R3 Antibody, PI3-kinase subunit p55-gamma Antibody, PI3-kinase p85-gamma subunit Antibody, p55PIK Antibody, p55 Antibody, p55-GAMMA Antibody, p85 Gamma Antibody, PI3K regulatory subunit gamma Antibody

Binds to activated (phosphorylated) protein-tyrosine kinases through its SH2 domain and regulates their kinase activity. During insulin stimulation, it also binds to IRS-1.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with PIK3R3 antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Fluorescent image of U251 cells stained with PIK3R3 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:100 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red).

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysate from MDA-MB-453 cell line, using PI3KR3 Antibody (G331). RB1719 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.
