Specificity
Reacts with free phosphotyrosine, phosphotyrosine conjugated to carriers such as thyroglobulin or BSA, and detects the presence of phosphotyrosine in proteins of both unstimulated and stimulated cell lysates. Minimal cross-reactivity against phosphoserine or phosphothreonine.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:2000-1:10000. Use HRP at anti mouse IgG for detection. Western Blot: 1:1000; anti-phosphotyrosine is used at room temperature for 60 min followed by detection using IRDye800 Conjugated Goat-anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) diluted 1:2500 for 30' at room temperature.
