Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Monkey, Bat, Horse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Mouse, Rat (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin
Specificity and Use
PDZD2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide PITQDNAVLHLPLC from the N-terminus of human PDZD2 (NP_055837). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Monkey, Marmoset, Panda, Bat, Horse (100%); Mouse, Rat (92%).
LS-E25664 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C55232. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Proteins containing PDZ domains have been shown frequently to bind the C-termini of transmembrane receptors or ion channels. They have also been shown to bind to other PDZ domain proteins and could possibly be involved in intracellular signalling. The protein encoded by this gene contains six PDZ domains and shares sequence similarity with pro-interleukin-16 (pro-IL-16).
