Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PDSS2 / DLP1 is an enzyme that synthesizes the prenyl side-chain of coenzyme Q, or ubiquinone, one of the key elements in the respiratory chain. The gene product catalyzes the formation of all trans-polyprenyl pyrophosphates from isopentyl diphosphate in the assembly of polyisoprenoid side chains, the first step in coenzyme Q biosynthesis. Defects in this gene are a cause of coenzyme Q10 deficiency.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human Kidney tissue using anti-PDSS2 mouse monoclonal antibody.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of Human endometrium tissue using anti-PDSS2 mouse monoclonal antibody.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Carcinoma of Human lung tissue using anti-PDSS2 mouse monoclonal antibody.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human lymphoma tissue using anti-PDSS2 mouse monoclonal antibody.
Western blot of extracts (35 ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-PDSS2 monoclonal antibody.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PDSS2 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PDSS2.
HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-PDSS2 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
