Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC (1:50), Western blot (1 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
PDGFRB / PDGFR Beta antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to the C- terminus of human PDGFR beta.
Human PDGFR beta. Species Crossreactivity: mouse.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 for 10 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissues sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml for 2 hr at RT.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.2% BSA, 0.05% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at 12 months.
Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as cell-surface receptor for homodimeric PDGFB and PDGFD and for heterodimers formed by PDGFA and PDGFB, and plays an essential role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, survival, differentiation, chemotaxis and migration. Plays an essential role in blood vessel development by promoting proliferation, migration and recruitment of pericytes and smooth muscle cells to endothelial cells.
