Specificity and Use
PDE3B antibody was raised against mouse PDE3B
This SMCP3B antibody has been tested by immunoblotting of mouse lymph node cells and mouse heart under reducing conditions. It can be used at 1-5 ug/mL. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

Through simultaneous binding to RAPGEF3 and PIK3R6 assembles a signaling complex in which the PI3K gamma complex is activated by RAPGEF3 and which is involved in angiogenesis.
Lysates prepared from mouse heart (lane 1) or lymph node cells (lane 2) were run under reducing conditions on a 3-8% Tris-Acetate gel. The membrane was probed with 2 ug/mL anti-mouse PDE3B (SMCP3B), followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rat IgG.
