Usage
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cerebellum) shows nuclear staining of the granular cell layer. Recommended concentration, 1.5-3 ug/ml. Western blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH 3T3 gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1 ug/ml).
