Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About NR3C1/Glucocorticoid Receptor

P04150 NM_000176 NP_000167.1

NR3C1 Antibody, Glucocorticoid Receptor beta Antibody, GR Antibody, GCCR Antibody, GCR Antibody, Glucocorticoid receptor Antibody, Glucocorticoid receptor alpha Antibody, GRL Antibody

The glucocorticoid receptor (GR), a NR3 Steroid Receptor, mediates the physiological activities of glucocorticoids that modulate development, homeostasis, stress, inflammatory, and immunologic responses. GR has been shown to mediate negative-feedback signals of elevated glucocorticoid levels; impaired GR signaling is a key mechanism in the pathogenesis of stress-related psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
NR3C1 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Confocal immunofluorescence of NR3C1 Antibody with HeLa cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). Actin filaments have been labeled with Alexa Fluor 555 phalloidin (red). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of NR3C1 Antibody in A549 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). NR3C1 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
