Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml detects nitrotyrosine immunoblotting controls. A previous lot detected nitrated proteins in a lysate prepared from peroxynitrite-treated A431 cells. No reaction was noted with non-nitrated proteins. Immunoprecipitation: To be determined by the researcher. Immunocytochemistry: 5-10 ug/ml showed positive immunostaining for nitrated proteins in peroxynitrite-treated A431 cells fixed with 95% ethanol/5% acetic acid.
