Specificity and Use
Rat p75, low affinity NGF receptor.
Specific for the rat low affinity Nerve Growth Factor-Receptor (p75).
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen), Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Inhibition of NGF binding. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1-5 ug/ml on rat. Western Blot: 1-5 ug/ml (Non-reducing conditions only). Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug/ml, 0.5% Triton X-100 buffer, PC12 positive control.
