Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
NFYC is one subunit of a trimeric complex forming a highly conserved transcription factor that binds with high specificity to CCAAT motifs in the promoters of a variety of genes. The encoded protein, subunit C, forms a tight dimer with the B subunit, a prerequisite for subunit A association. The resulting trimer binds to DNA with high specificity and affinity. Subunits B and C each contain a histone-like motif.
Western blot of NFYC expression in transfected 293T cell line by NFYC monoclonal antibody (M01), clone 1D3.
Western blot of NFYC over-expressed 293 cell line, cotransfected with NFYC Validated Chimera RNAi (Lane 2) or non-transfected control (Lane 1). Blot probed with NFYC monoclonal antibody (M01), clone 1D3. GAPDH ( 36.1 kD ) used as specificity and
