Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

NBR1 Antibody, 1A1-3B Antibody, 1A13B Antibody, CA125 Antibody, M17S2 Antibody, MIG19 Antibody, Migration-inducing protein 19 Antibody, Neighbor of BRCA1 gene 1 Antibody, KIAA0049 Antibody, Next to BRCA1 gene 1 protein Antibody, Protein 1A1-3B Antibody
NBR1 was originally identified as an ovarian tumor antigen monitored in ovarian cancer. The encoded protein contains a B-box/coiled-coil motif, which is present in many genes with transformation potential. It functions as a specific autophagy receptor for the selective autophagic degradation of peroxisomes by forming intracellular inclusions with ubiquitylated autophagic substrates.
Immunohistochemistry: NBR1 Antibody - Staining of NBRI in mouse prostate. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Immunocytochemistry
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: NBR1 Antibody - NBR1 antibody was tested at 1:50 in HeLa cells with FITC (green). Nuclei and actin were counterstained with Dapi (blue) and Phalloidin (red). This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
