Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed by western blot and was found to be reactive against the intact enzyme and enzyme subunits (alpha at 100 kD and beta at 50 kD) as well as glycosylated and non-glycosylated enzyme forms. A dilution of 1:100 to 1:500 is suggested for immunoblotting followed by reaction with Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Chicken IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) catalog no. LS-C60281 and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of ATPase, Sodium, Potassium in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Chicken IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) catalog no. LS-C60281 and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
1 ml After adding water, will consist of 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide
Store vial at 4 C prior to restoration. Restore with 0.1 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4 C as an undiluted liquid.
