Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse, Rat, Mammal (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (2.5 µg/ml)
Western blot (1:500 - 1:2000)
ELISA (1:5000 - 1:20000)
Specificity and Use
Myosin RLC antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to aa12-27 of human Myosin Regulatory Light Chain.
Recognizes human myosin regulatory light chain (MRLC), also known as MYL9 and LC20. Species cross-reactivity: birds, mammals, mouse, rat.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:5000-1:20000. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2.5 ug/ml. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment for 20 minutes prior to staining of paraffin sections.
