Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About MTA1

Q13330 NM_004689 NP_004680.2

MTA1 Antibody, Metastasis associated 1 Antibody

Transcriptional coregulator which can act as both a transcriptional corepressor and coactivator. As a part of the histone-deacetylase multiprotein complex (NuRD), regulates transcription of its targets by modifying the acetylation status of the target chromatin and cofactor accessibility to the target DNA. In conjunction with other components of NuRD, acts as a transcriptional corepressor of BRCA1, ESR1, TFF1 and CDKN1A.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-MTA1 antibody IHC of human testis. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B4428 concentration 3.75 ug/ml.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-MTA1 antibody IHC of human adrenal. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B4428 concentration 3.75 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
MTA1 antibody staining (0.03 ug/ml) of Human Placenta lysate (RIPA buffer, 35g total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected using chemiluminescence.
