Recognizes the murine scavenger receptor class A (SRA), type I and II. Reacts with an epitope within SRA that is polymorphic in the SRA from C57BL/6 mice and is therefore unsuitable for use with the C57BL/6 mouse strain.

Usage

Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Functional Assays, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), Immunoprecipitation, and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Acetone fixation is recommended for frozen sections. Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions only. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
