Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

MMP13 antibody was raised against recombinant human matrix metalloproteinase 13.
Recognizes the precursor and active forms of human MMP-13. Does not cross-react with human MMP-1, 2, 3, 7, 8 and 9, or mouse MMP-13.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded tissues): 2.5 ug/ml.
PBS, pH 7.0, 4% BSA (protease free).
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
Plays a role in the degradation of extracellular matrix proteins including fibrillar collagen, fibronectin, TNC and ACAN. Cleaves triple helical collagens, including type I, type II and type III collagen, but has the highest activity with soluble type II collagen. Can also degrade collagen type IV, type XIV and type X. May also function by activating or degrading key regulatory proteins, such as TGFB1 and CTGF.
